In the last couple of days, I have been deburring all holes on the skin of the left fuel tank, the ribs, the baffle, z-brackets and spar.

I also received an order of fuel tank sealant and 6 spare Z-brackets. I remade two of the z-brackets where I had some doubts on the edge distance. Redrilling them almost center surely gives plenty of edge distance. (wouldn't have expected anything else).

If I would have to redo it, I would have drilled all AN3 bolts on center and worried about how to rivet the pop rivets on the other side later. This is one of these locations where it is better to modify the tool then to modify the airplane.
(Although the ones with the 1/16" offset are structurally ok).

Then dimpled all the ribs using the special fuel tank dimple dies.
The flutes on the outside ribs are close to eachother. By dimpling you may distort them a little so fluting might need to be revisited after dimpling. (Check them !)
