With the windscreen countersunk, now the next task is to enlarge the drilled pilot holes to #36 in the roll bar and tapping the holes 6-32 for the AN507-6R8 attach screws.
After doing some, I tested the assembly using some piece of scrap plexi.

In the next picture, all is tapped and all screws are now installed temporarily holding the windscreen to the roll bar.
This conclused the work on the windscreen. The fairing can only be made when the top fuselage is rivetted to the front fuselage structure.
My intention is to leave this open for now until I'm finished with the instruments and the instrument panel.
